UAC Ventures is the group’s Joint Venture entity for its green energy, sustainable agriculture, animal husbandry and retail infrastructure development business in Myanmar. The UF group has a strategic tie up with The Great Cairo Construction company Ltd based in Myanmar.

The Joint Venture has already identified a Greenfield project and construction at the site has began. On completion it will be one of Myanmar’s first mixed use development projects, which includes a Shopping Mall, Office space, a Hotel, Service Apartments, Theatres, Banquet Hall, etc.

The Joint Venture is also actively looking at development of Sustainable power, agriculture and animal husbandry in tracts of land which has been allotted by the Government of Myanmar.


Bahan Banyadala Road – Shopping Mall Project Yangon, Myanmar

Bahan Banyadala Road – Shopping Mall Project ( to be renamed prior to opening ) is located in the heart of the city of Yangon, Myanmar. This project is executed through our local partners in Myanmar – Great Cairo Construction.

The total extent of land area for this project is 30,884 square feet with an approx. total constructed builtup area of 325,649 square feet. The vision is to develop a project, where the needs of all types of users are addressed within the same complex. The project will be a first-class facility in the services it provides.

This vision has translated into one of Myanmar’s first mixed use development projects, which includes a Shopping Mall, Office space, a Hotel, Service Apartments, Theatres etc. At present, the frame work / structure up to 10th floor has been completed.

Our Other Projects

UAC Ventures has submitted LOIs and Proposals for setting up 2 IPPs – a 5 MW Small Hydro Power Project in a Tie-Up with a Malaysian & German Engineering consortium and a 5 MW Floating Solar Power Project.

The Governments of Ayeyarwady and Bago Region have given us an in-principle goahead to conduct the feasibility study & submit the detailed project report to move ahead.

We are currently awaiting the international air travel lockdown to end, to start our feasibility studies and land allocation requirement study.

The Governments of Ayeyarwady and Bago Region have given us the in-principle clearance to conduct the feasibility study & has already allocated and awarded land on a 30 years lease ( followed by an automatic extension of 30 years ) to the following extent in the following areas :

Agricultural Land : 9,600 Acres Agricultural Land : 4,000 Acres
Industrial Land : 2,600 Acres Industrial Land : 200 Acres
